Crepe Lena: Reviews & Ratings
This is inside U Station, main food court, so the ambiance is what it is. But you don’t come for ambiance! Let’s talk food. First, I am a diagnosed Celiac, so gluten free is a necessity and not a preference. Crepe Lena can do pretty much every item GF in the separate DEDICATED gf kitchen area! The servers were very pleasant, very efficient. The crepes were remarkable! I had a Philly cheese steak crepe and a Nutella crepe. There have been very few times since my diagnosis a decade ago where I have closed my eyes and said “oh my god that is good!” This is one of those times. DC has a lot of great options for food, and is overall celiac friendly, but Crepe Lena is by far at the top of the list! Go to Union Station, basement food court, and check them out!
Ordered this waffles with fruit at the station. Couldn’t complete as it the syrup was too sweet. However, this place serves good breakfast if you are looking for crepes and something sweet.
The crepes were so yummy! If you’re up for eating in the food court at the train station, it’s totally worth it. They have a variety of sweet and savory crepes to choose from. And while the food court atmosphere isn’t the most beautiful, union station itself is worth some time seeing.
The crepe tasted great we ordered a sweet pancake with honey, banana and almonds, as well as a pancake with beef, cheese and vegetables. Both pancakes were delicious. The price was reasonable. The restaurant locates on the second floor of the train station, and in this sense it was a kind of disadvantage for me, less comfortable.
This place is located near Pratt Street in Baltimore downtown. Crepes were delicious, and they made it right in front of us. We ordered Nutella and strawberry crepe and strawberry and banana crepe. There is not much space to sit and eat. However you can eat outside by the pier.
I wish we had one of these in Norfolk, VA. The crepes are large and filling and a great price.
Haven't had authentic crêpe's in a LONG time. Here visiting and gave Crepe Lena a try. Definitely was not disappointed. The gentleman that prepared our order was awesome! Super friendly and very helpful. We had questions, he was able to answer them, and wished us a happy New Year! He deserves a raise! I had a pepperoni pizza crêpe. Girlfriend had a Nutella, banana, and strawberry crêpe with chocolate sauce and powdered sugar on top. Definitely recommend. Will visit again if I am back in DC!
Update: came back today, October 23rd 2025, and got the pesto crepe again, and it was delicious and quick again. Would still recommend. Got the pesto crepe and asked for it without cheese, the people were friendly and helpful, and the food came out quickly and was delicious
